1976 Piper Straight Tail Lance

     This fully restored Lance features recent engine and prop overhauls, recent paint and leather interior, plus a very powerful suite of Apollo (Garmin) avionics. Read what Pipers magazine has to say about this Lance here.

     The MX-20 is teamed with an approach certified GX-60 GPS/Com. The MX-20's large 6" screen is enhanced with the Chart View option which displays the aircraft's position on instrument charts and airport surface diagrams.      The head-to-toe interior restoration included a new headliner, leather seats and trim, and a walnut burl instrument panel. The aircraft is hangared, and the 2000 paint by Aero Masters is in excellent condition. The LoPresti wingtips include strobes and landing lights in both wingtips. Flight plan cruise speed is 150 kts.

     This Lance looks as good on the ramp as it does in these photos. The aircraft can be viewed by appointment at KRST in Rochester, Minnesota.
