     The ARNAV MFD includes a built-in engine monitoring system. XM weather can be displayed on the Garmin 396. The Mode S transponder is TIS-capable - traffic information is provided in over 100 areas through FAA radar ground stations.

     The exterior is in very good condition, showing very little evidence of wear on the leading edges. The interior is tan leather, clean in good condition.

     Recent annual inspections have been very thorough, and the aircraft is currently maintained at Quality Aviation in Faribault, Minnesota (KFBL), a Cirrus Authorized Service Center. N221CD is hangared at Wagner, South Dakota (KAGZ) and can be viewed by appointment.

     The prop hit the towbar at TT 1099. The tear-down inspection was completed by Bolduc Aviation, the premier engine overhaul facility in the upper Midwest. A freshly overhauled prop was installed.
